It gives me great pleasure to serve both the residents and business owners of Port Huron Township as the Supervisor.

I’ve been involved in Township government for a number of years; 12 years as the elected Constable, 4 years of service on the Recreation Board and 12 years on the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) Board, 11 of which were as Secretary.

The Supervisor is responsible for the day to day oversight of all township Monday to Friday operations. The Supervisor serves as the Chairperson for the Board of Trustees.  Other duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Primary legal agent for the Township
  • Primary negotiator for the Township
  • Manager of all Township departments, except for those under the Clerk and Treasurer
  • Preparation and administration of the Township budget
  • Appoints certain commission members

Most days, I am in the office from 9a.m. to 12 noon and again from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. to answer questions and hear concerns. Meetings and other obligations of the office do, however, cause me to occasionally deviate from this schedule, and it is probably best to call the township so I can be sure to be available to you when needed.

I thank you for this opportunity to serve as your Supervisor.
